In a time like this, where dread and apprehension are rife, we all just need a reminder to take care of ourselves! Engage in activities that make you feel content, take this time to understand your emotions and minimise whatever it is that increases anxieties. But most importantly make sure that you are putting your own mental, physical and emotional well-being first.
